The Damascus Road Retreat is situated at the end of Damascus Road in Tijeras, New Mexico on 2.5 secluded wooded acres at 7,800 feet elevation.   You will stay in a furnished  3 bedroom/2 bath manufactured home with a huge 10'X12' wooden deck, french patio doors in the living room overlooking a 70 mi. view of the plains of central New Mexico and Coronado Peak. 



Located just south of the Cibola National Forest and only 30 min. from Albuquerque, this is the perfect getaway for writers, artists, songwriters, and lovers. 

Outside enjoy a wooden picnic table, a wooden stargazing/meditation bench, and morning or evening walks in the brisk mountain air.

Accessible year-round, the Damascus Road Retreat is the perfect place to "get away from it all," clear your head, and enjoy life away from the hustle and bustle of modern society, but with the ability to connect to it anytime or drive into Albuquerque (30 min.) or Santa Fe  (70 min.) for dining, shopping, sightseeing, or night life.
 

The Damascus Road Retreat is owned by Austin, Texas-based songwriter, poet, and author Lawrence J.
